Our two production plants have over 40,000 square feet of space and are conveniently located in Beaverton and Milwaukie. We offer a skilled work force ready to complete projects quickly to save businesses time and money.

Shrink Wrapping 

A thin light weight film is cut to fit around an item and then the item is sent through a heat tunnel to shrink the film tight. Edwards Enterprises has one of the largest shrink wrap machines in the tri-county area. Tunnel 33” x 16” Sealer 46”x 34” Typical items shrink wrapped are: books, games, toys, boxes, forms, posters and music.  

Blister Packaging

A thermoformed piece of plastic called a blister is designed to fit the product. The product is placed into the blister, the blister is arranged in a fixture and a glue treated card is placed on top of the blister. Our machine seals the two with heat.

Poly Bagging

Products can be placed into zip-bags or in poly bags and heat sealed by hand. We also have an automated poly bagging machine for high quantity orders.

Mailing Operations

Bulk mailing and first class mailings can be done from our plant. You can provide us with your mailing list or we can print it on our computer to produce your labels. We will collate, fold, label and insert material into your mailings as needed. Bulk mailings are sorted and delivered to the post office. We can use our permit number for your mailings if needed

Fulfillment Work

We will carry out your orders to the specifications outlined for mailings services, assembly, or packaging work. We can store, inventory and ship your merchandise, Ups, FedEx or by common carrier.   

Assembly Work

Light manufacturing, component assembly and packaging are available at our plant. We also fold and set-up corrugated materials.

Kit Preparation

Count and prepare materials into kits or packages determined by the customer.
