When we have new project you are always very interested in what we need taking special note to get all the information on what the end result is to look like and all the steps involved to get to that finished product. You take the project back to your office and have it reviewed to be sure that all our requests can be met. Then you have the quote typed up and return the sample to us. When we have an order placed with you, you call us when it is ready to pick up. If we have concerns or questions they are always addressed and a response is made in a timely manner.
